cRIO-904x Login Issue.

I have a brand-new cRIO-9045 for my project in my company. When I am trying to set permissions on the remote systems, a box popup mentioning old password and set new password. As per manual I am letting the old password blank and entered the new password but they system says the password is incorrect. Also I tried to click on login in and a box popup metioning username and password . I entered the username as admin and leave the password blank but its showing password wrong here also. No external page for login user open for me. Please help.

It seems that the default username and password are not working because the device may not have been properly factory reset during quality control.

The recommended solution is to perform a factory reset of the cRIO device using a recovery USB drive. This process will restore the device to its default settings, including the default login credentials.
