Use myRio to generate a "frequency, width, and amplitude adjustable" waveform signal

I am new to myRio and have some questions regarding a project I'm working on.

1- I want to build a standalone project using myRio that is capable of generating a voltage waveform as in the picture below. is that possible? How?

2- I need the frequency, width, and amplitude to be adjustable so the user can adjust it using mobile application/ buttons/..etc. is it possible to have these parameters adjustable? and How?
