Trouble connecting to my myRio device

Hello,
I'm having trouble connecting to/formatting my myRio device. The myRIO USB Monitor application launches when I plug the device in. It displays a message that says there's a version mismatch with LabVIEW and tells me to launch the Getting Started Wizard. The wizard is able to find my myRIO device and seems to connect fine. It seems, however, that the wizard fails at the formatting/updating step (or whichever step comes after renaming the device). This is the error message it returns:

Unrecoverable error

An error occurred while attempting to update NI-myRIO.

If the problem persists, contact National Instruments for technical support.

Details:

Error -2147220292 occurred at nisyscfg.lvlib:Format 5.3.vi:2890001

Possible reason(s):

NI System Configuration: Cannot open file or folder.

Complete call chain:
nisyscfg.lvlib:Format 5.3.vi:2890001
UpdateTargetPage.vi
UpdateTargetPage.vi.ACBRProxyCaller.C210003B

I've tried to format the device using NI Max, but the program fails and returns this error message:

Error formatting the disk.

X Format disk

    Restart system

Cannot open file or folder.

How do I fix this?

What Version of LabVIEW are you using?  Note that you will probably want to use the myRIO Software Toolkit, which as far as I know, does not exist for LabVIEW 2020 (but does exist and works well for LabVIEW 2019).

Can MAX "see" your myRIO?
