RoboRIO Firmware Corrupt 2023

While trying to update 2 working roboRIOs with the 2023 Imaging Tool, both are reporting corrupt firmware.

Running on a new Windows 11 laptop.

Offline installation.

Tried running as administrator in safe mode with two separate USB cables.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried re-imaging with the previous tool, 2022_v3.0?  This is the first time NI had completely changed the numbering system for their releases, and they may well have "built in" incompatibilities with installation (as they did with the myRIO Software Toolkit 2021 which came out the same day as LabVIEW 2022 Q3, and is devilishly difficult to install because you have to do it just right ...).

I'd advise "experiementing" on only one of your robo-RIOs.  Once you figure it out (or one of us, or someone from NI, provides the proper help), you don't want "the infection to spread".
