myRIO software activation (LabVIEW Real-Time etc.)

Hello Community,

i recently get a myRIO-1900 for my bachelor project. But I cant activate the software (LabVIEW Real-Time; LabVIEW FPGA;...). The serial keys are not working either the codes from cd or from myRIO.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
