NI ELVISmx Instrument Launcher Error in Windows 7

I am using windows 7. I have LabView 2011 installed. I also installed NI ELVISmx  4.2.2 but when i try running the Instrument Launcher i get the following error :

I am sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

This error appears to be somewhat generic and seems to be associated with the OS. I have a few questions about your setup, though:

I am wondering, is the device connected to a high-speed usb port?

What exact model of ELVIS device are you using?

Have you already tried restarting the computer?

Have you attempted to repair or reinstall the ELVISmx driver?

   Thanks a lot. I've figured out the problem. After installing LabVIEW SignalExpress 2011, it works okay.
