Hola Martin_E,
Saludos,
Héctor

I have the same problem on a new install of Labview 2011.
I purposely installed NI Elvis after and then the drivers but still have no initialize vi.
How or what is the procedures to uninstall and install drivers?

Hi ez1,
You can uninstall the drivers from Start >> Control Panel >> Programs and Features. You need to select National Instruments Software and click the Uninstall/Change button. A new window appears that contains all the software from NI that you have installed on your PC. Then you can select the driver you want to uninstall and select Remove. Once it has finished Removing the driver, it will prompt you to restart your PC. Once the PC boots up again you can begin the installation of the same driver. Let me know if you have any problems with this procedure. I recommend that first you check the previous posts, because NI ELVIS II drivers does not include the same VIs that came with NI ELVIS I.
Cheers
