Activation Problem

We are a rookie FRC team, we installed

this one before.(and also installed game tools, Radio Configuration...) And use it as trial version. After we can't launch it, we notice that we got the serial number from our mentor's FRC account. But when we tried to activate, we got this

We really don't know why

Please help. Thanks!

(I tried to uninstall all NI software and reinstall by the NI LabVIEW USB, but it didn't work)

When you go into NI License Manager, what do you see there?

If you hover over "Activation Warning" does it say anything?

Before you get to the screen you've displayed, what method are you using to activate? There's a few options in the previous screens so I'm trying to make sure I understand how you got to that screen exactly.

I pressed "Activate Software"

And paste the serial number in all blank

Click "Activate"
