ThorCam software issue

My live window died and there is no live picture in the window. Also it showed x=0 and y=0 when my mouse moved around the window.

Anyone has the issue before? Any suggestion? Thank you.

Since you posted here, can you explain how the problem relates to NI instrument studio?

The issue related to debug the camera software and I suppose Instrument studio is relate to that...

From the looks of the software in https://www.thorlabs.com/software_pages/ViewSoftwarePage.cfm?Code=ThorCam, it is definitely not related to Instrument Studio.

I doubt it even relates to any NI product. Please reach out to ThorLabs for support.
