NI PXI-1033 connected issue

Hello everyone,

I have a NI PXI_1033 installed with NI PXI-5124 and 5421.

This one was brought by my colleague many years ago. So only the controller and the cable left (no ExpressCard as shown in the picture).

I read the manual of PXI-1033, said that the cable in connecting the controller and comptuer (with a ExpressCard).

I do not know if I want make a program using Labview to generate and measure the data with the PXI-5124& 5421, is it necessary to buy a new Expresscard?

If not, do you guys know how to connect the controller to the PC?

Hello!

To connect the PXI-1033 to a computer, you will need either a PCIe or PCI-8361 or an Express card 8360. It depends on what type of computer you are trying to connect to.
