In general this shouldn't be a problem. NI-DAQ 6.9.x still supports LV 5.1 so the upgrade shouldn't interfere with your current setup.
If you feel uncertain you should do a system backup (harddrive image) before doing the upgrade.

Jochen Klier
National Instruments Germany

old NI-DMM driver for NI-4060 Multimeter

I want to install a digital Multimeter Ni-4060 on my facility, but my system (Pentium II, 400 Mhz, 128 Mo RAM) is running with Labview 5.1 and DAQ 6.6. I am looking for old NI-DMM drivers supported by my actual configuration... Did somebody have NI-DMM drivers older than the version 1.6 availaible on NI website? If not what is the best the best solution for me if I want to keep the same configuration (my Labview applications are quite complicated to be modified...). The DMM 1.6 driver needs to install DAQ 6.9.0, VISA 2.5.2 and IVI Engine 1.6.1. Can this new drivers interfer with my current Labview applications?

Thank you in advance,
