HDD-8261 driver

Hello,

I have bought a NI HDD-8261 raid unit. However the link shared in the user manuel does not include 8261 driver. Please tell me how to download the driver. I need urgent help.

Hi ozan_icin,

You can find how to install the required drivers for your device on page 4 of the 8261 - Getting Starded Guide on the software driver installation section. Not all the NI RAID array products require a specific external driver installation, in your case the driver can be updated from the Windows Device Manager so that it can be recognized on your system.

Hi jimenez,

8261 requires an external driver and this driver is not available in NI website. The getting started guide does not give the directory for the driver.

However the driver is available here. I hope NI will also add this link in this page.
