SCXI-1104C

Hi,

Got a running system with an SCXI-1104C module. I now have some measurement errors I never had before.

As a spare unit I have a SCXI-1104 (no "C")...  Is it direct compatible with the system ? Can I exchange

the 1104C for 1104 to eliminate multiplexor fault ?

You can find the manual for both the SCXI-1104 and the SCXI-1104, at the link below:

If you read the common questions it explains that the only difference between the two is the cutoff frequency of the filters. It also says that  NI-DAQ version 6.7 or later is required for the SCXI-1104C whereas you only need NI-DAQ version 6.5.1 or later for the regular 1104. If you have the correct version of NI-DAQ it should work but be wary of the cut off frequency. You may end up with a lot of noise on your signal.
