Will I need to buy the Ethernet/IP drivers (NI-Part# 781656-35, $605) per PC deployment basis or just a one time fee for my company?

 

If I create a LabVIEW app containing the Ethernet/IP drivers using App Builder, will it work on any other PC without any additional requirements to what a normal .exe needs?

It has been a few years since I had to use this, but it sticks in my mind that you only need to buy a Development license.  So every computer you will be developing on will need a license.  But the runtime is free (just build your application).

To clarify, 

A system running the LabVIEW IDE for development will require a license for EtherNet/IP. However, a LabVIEW built *.exe will not.
