Yes, that is probably true but just describes a correlation between two very poorly quantifiable items. A correlation does not imply causality. It does not mean that claiming unverifiable discoveries will automatically increase that value, for example. 😄
For example Albert Einstein's quote:
"Imagination is more important than knowledge"
... is typically used by people that have neither, to excuse their noticeable lack of knowledge 😉

My equation:

m = m0( 1 / ( 1 – v^2 / c^2 )^1/2 – (v / c) / ( 1 – v^2 / c^2 )^1/2)
I don't deal well with text-based equations. Could you write that in LabVIEW so it's more clear?

I am pretty sure that my children are not on Jupiter. 😄

Here ya go smercurio. I'm sure that Alfa's equation is much more clear to you now. As you can see, with a starting point of m0=1, using a velocity of 1500 miles per second, and using the speed of light as 186,000 miles per second, you can travel to Jupiter in 0.991968 hours, or less than one hour as Alfa has stated. As usual, he is right.

I'm sure Altenbach can optimize this formula and get there even faster...
My optimization was too good. I can get to Jupiter before I leave. I need to slow it down a notch.
Maybe put an unnecessary loop with a delay..

No.
m is variable referring to mass, it isn't a unit of time or a starting point.
All is says is that you will way less when you get to Jupiter than you do now. (about 1% less)

All the time I said people who are working with LabVIEW are very smart because they are looking for something new…

I messed up that message.
I meant to say "All it says is that you will weigh less when ...."
