How to control the graph update (or refresh)

Hi,

When the YScale.Maximum = 4 and YScale.Minimum = 2 of the XY Graph, I do not want the XY Graph to update (or refresh). When the YScale.Maximum = 6 and YScale.Minimum = 1 of the XY Graph, I want the XY Graph to update (or refresh). How can I do that.

My case is that when data, YScale.Maximum and YScale.Minimum change at the same time, but the graph changes twice, one for data changes, another for YScale.Maximum and YScale.Minimum change. I want the graph to change only once.
