How to open a configuration file with a relative path?

Do you mean an EXE can contain a folder of VIs in LV 2009 or the EXE maintains the exact hierarchy of our project structure of the folder(s) of VIs we normally maintain?
Really it is tough for me to imagine & understand without seeing it actually in LV 2009. 
It does sort of maintain the hierarchy of the VIs on disk with some tweaks as far as vi.lib, user.lib and instr.lib are concerned. And yes it can get many levels deep. I haven't looked at it but I suppose they create in fact a ZIP archive instead of an LLB and simply add that as resource into the executable.
I'm sure they did not invest any developer time to make the LLB multi level capable and anything else than a ZIP archive would require a lot of additional developer resources.
