VLM & Vista/Win7?

Are there any plans to make VLM compatible with Vista/Windows 7?  The install fails even if I try to run it in compatibility mode.

Hello Daklu,

 

The current version of VLM does not support Windows 7. We are working towards adding support in future releases of VLM. Have a great day!

I don't know when the new version of NI VLM was released, but version 3.0 looks to support Vista and Win 7 and these other OSs.

 

  • Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Windows Vista SP1 or later (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Windows XP SP2 or later (32-bit)
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)
  • Windows Server 2003 R2 (32-bit)
