Load LabView without certain toolkits/modules

[ Edited ]

Hello:

We have a limited number of floating licenses of a toolkit/module and I was wondering if there was a way of installing labview with the toolkit/module installed but swithching it off so I'm not using up the liscence until I need it.

FYI...

I'm using LabView 2011 on Windows XP Pro.

Thanks,

Hey Carlos,

Yes you should be able to do this as long as the licenses are concurrent, what you need to do is Prior to opening LabVIEW right click on the toolkit you do not plan to use in NI License Manager under your Volume Licenses and select "Do Not Allow License Request"

Hope this helps.
