is there an easy way of creating a license utilization report using the VLM? We have a bunch of name-based licenses used by several departments, but the actual assignment of the lics may differ during the year.
What I would like to have is a report showing me, how many licenses have been assigned to which departments within the last twelve months as a base for license cost accounting.
I know that all check ins / outs are recorded in an ASCII based log file, but I'd really appreciate not having to write a parser or similar.
I think this little tool might help you. Please be aware that the excel macro which is used here is intended for Excel 2007 and the language format needs to be English (United States) to work properly.
