Bundling LabVIEW Platform DVDs and Device Drivers DVD.

According to this page "Creating a Volume License Installer in NI Volume License Manager (VLM)", located at this URL: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/FFB8BE95AE72EF4D862573E5007659ED?OpenDocument, there is a document called "Bundling LabVIEW Platform DVDs and Device Drivers DVD", which should be located here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/E7FB206C9A8915F486257501005F2C86?OpenDocument

 

However, when I attempt to view the link, I get the following error:
