Academic Licensing, service problems (online training)

Hello,

 

I am writing this post for more details on the ASL license services purchased by the university. After registering the NI products and software using the acquired serial number I am unable to access relevant services (Training, and online materials). NI Bundle 2015

 

purchased bundle: http://www.ni.com/white-paper/8115/en/

 

as for the drop-down list associated with the product actions, and after choosing "Access online training" I get redirected to the following link:

http://sine.ni.com/myni/self-paced-training/app/main.xhtml

 

The following point, at the end, describes perfectly my status and the purchased license by the university details (academic):

"If you are an educator, researcher or graduate student on an Academic Site License (ASL), learn how to register your software."

 

following the hyperlink I get redirected to the following page:

but I am still unable to access the mentioned training.

I have check the following page for a description regarding the purchased license as well but couldn't find any help:

As for the purchased products/software we have full access to updates and the license is still acceptable, I did not notice any expiry notifications.

1) Can I get better details on the mentioned program, regarding the online training and resources and how can they be linked to the University's license using the purchased serial number and products bundle? how do we create a "valid user profile" and link it to our license

 

2)As I understood from the given a SPP subscription for the mentioned services is available within the bundle and product number and not seperatly, is that correct? or do we have to purchase one seperatly If so where can i check it's validity and check an SPP description and purchasing options.

I am having the exact same issue.  Self-paced training appears to be down.  I created a tech support case.
