09.00	Keynote - Maximising Your Investment in NI Software If you are considering attending the VLA day then your organisation has probably invested a considerable amount of money and time on adopting NI's Graphical System Design Platform. Find out about the different options available to you in order to make sure that the business you represent is being as productive and as efficient as possible with your software investment.
10:00	NI Licensing Explained Before embarking on the VLM Hands-On Session, learn about the licensing policies associated with NI Software so that you can have confidence that your organisation is working within the license agreement.

10.45	Hands-On with NI Volume License Manager Try out the latest version of Volume License Manager for yourself. With the help of some of NI's VLM experts work through the core functions of NI's license management tool including how to import new license files, configuring VLM, adding users and how to deal with non-networked machines using disconnected licenses. Furthermore, learn how to create volume license installers that collect user credentials automatically and how to use the usage reporting features within VLM 3.1.

14.00	Questions and answers with our Product Marketing Engineer, Stephen Meserve
14.20	Experience Software Engineering Processes using LabVIEW Many LabVIEW users are experts in the application that they are working on using the NI Platform but do not have a background in computer science. During this session learn how to follow standard software engineering processes such as the V diagram and how they apply to LabVIEW. Take the opportunity to experience LabVIEW's excellent integration with source code control tools, regression testing, static and dynamic code analysis tools included within the developer suite package and how to effectively manage requirements.

Hi James,

The UK has put on two of these events for their VLA admins, and others have occurred in Eastern Europe, Germany and Italy. We have been considering this in the United States as well. Due to the spread out nature of the US geography, we might do it virtually. Would that work for you?
