Improvements to Save Image Dialog

When saving images with VBAI using the save image option under file in the configuration interface, it would be nice to be able to create a new folder.

Even better if, when on a PC target, use the standard dialog box with the shortcuts to Library folders, etc.

We updated the Save Image Dialog to use a native Windows browse dialog so creating folders, browsing to network locations, having shortcuts to desktop, etc. are all supported now. We also added support for saving the image with the color palette if it's used.
