VirtualBench not installing on XP

After installing the program suite on XP, I ran VirtualScope and got an error message as shown below
"This application has failed to start because NISpyLog.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
My VirtualBench version is 2.6. I reinstalled with old NIDAQ 6.7 and VISA 2.0 with no success. I also made firewall exception to these group of programs. What's wrong?

Hi,
 
Does this happen on multiple computers?  At what instance does this error occur?  Can you open up the program at all?  What hardware do you have on the computer?  Could you please give us the specifications of the computer, what operating system, how much RAM etc?
