Is there a way to use Signal express with the USB 4350 ?

I'm not used to work with labview.

Is there a easier interface that i could use ?

Thank you for using our discussion forums.

LabVIEW Signal Express only supports devices that are supported under DAQmx.  The NI-4350 has its own instrument driver, and is based on the Traditional DAQ driver.  When the NI-435X installs, there are LabVIEW examples installed that can be found using the NI Example Finder.  These examples can be used as is or they can easily be modified for custom acquisition applications.
