My lab purchased a monochromator from Solar TII (model MS 2001). When we purchased the instrument I asked the distributor if there was a way to control it with Labview, and he said there is a group of VIs and a dll that he used for a similar instrument. However, when I got the Labview files I noticed that they were quite old (2003), and the Labview version (5.0) was not compatible with our 2010 version.
I was thus wondering if it is possible to up convert these files. Though there are 11 files they are all very small. The main VI that calls all the others is called Demo. I included the dll and cfg files as well. The monochromator couples to the computer using an RS-232 connection in which the pins are on the computer and the holes are on the instrument cable.
