Respected Christian M,
Will it be useful if we convert probe.vi from 5.1 to 6 to 8 and then to 11, so that probe.vi run without any error.

Vijay,
As I said I allready converted your probe VI. And no, it does not make sense to convert it through several versions.
A 5.1 VI just needs to be saved with 6.1 to be able to open it with later versions!
And if you get errors post at the LabVIEW forums so that somone can help you.

Respected Sir,
Thanking very much from your helping.
I would kindly request you to run probe.vi (5.1 version) in Labview 8.2, recomiling it and finally run in labview 2011 and save the file and then send to me.
I am here with attached probe.vi file.
Thanking You

in the attached document you can check LabVIEW versions compatibility. Even if it hasn't been updated to LV
11.0, you can read that VIs you saved in LV 5.1 can't be loaded in LV 10.0 (so you can't load it in LabVIEW 11.0
too).
You have to try to run it in LabVIEW 8.2, recompiling it and finally you will be able to open it in LabVIEW 2011.
I hope this will help you
My name is mani vijay working in bologna university, italy. I would kindly request you to convert one file which is in labview 5.1 and i need to convert labview 11.0.

This thread is reminding me of a Merry Go Round.
For those of us who remember Merry Go Rounds.

No one is going to be able to do this for you.
You already have numerous copies of probe.vi in newer versions that you can open. People can't run your VI's because they don't have the hardware you have to be able to make it work. So what you are asking for is a pointless exercise.
If you are having problems getting your code updated and running with all the help you've received so far, then perhaps it is time for you to hire a 3rd party LabVIEW programmer to assist you.

Hi everyone,
Can someone convert this library for me?
I need a 2011 version (or I guess 8.2.x works).
Thanks!
Alternatively, where can I download labview 8.2

Please read the Version Conversion Board Rules and create a new thread at the Version Conversion Board with your request.
