IEC 61850 library does not run after build on window 7 operating system

Hi.

I'm devleoped mms client software with NI IEC 61850 toolkit library.

I'm just testing vi (not build), That's working.

But after build, it's doesn't work.

My question is NI IEC 61850 toolkit doesn't support on window operating system? only support real-time target?

I'm looking forward to someone best replay.

You are correct that the toolkit is not supported on the Windows Operating system for deployment.  From the product page:
