I really appreciate if someone can convert the files and library from version 5.1 to 9.
Thanks a lot!

attached is in 8.2, which you can open, though there were a lot of missing subVIs.

Those libraries were littered with VIs that are actually part of <vilib> or part of Traditional DAQ. These VIs should never have been saved within the library. You will need to go through the libraries and remove them so they link to the ones that are shipped with LabVIEW or to Traditional DAQ. The mass compile report is attached to aid you in this task.

Thanks again for your help. Yes, they used a traditional DAQ and I don't know why they put some DAQ VIs in those libraries. I can remove them from the libraries but Could you tell me how I can find a replacement for the traditional DAQ?
Should I find all DAQ VIs used in the main and its Sub-VIs and convert them to version 8.2 or there is a better solution?

Install Traditional DAQ. You can download it from the NI site. Click on the "Support" tab in the menu bar at the top of the page.
Or better yet, convert the code to use DAQmx, since Traditional DAQ will likely be obsoleted in the near future. The NI KnowledgeBase contains several articles on using DAQmx, as well as transitioning from Traditional DAQ to DAQmx.

I tried to get the traditional DAQ, but my OS is windows 7 and I couldn’t find a version for windows 7. Is there a version of traditional DAQ for windows 7?
Thanks.

No there is not. You would have to use windows xp or convert the traditional functions to DAQmx. You can only DAQmx if your DAQ card is supported by ith, however.

Thanks for your reply.
I used windows XP mode and install traditional DAQ. When I open the main VI and LabVIEW is searching for missing VIs, after I browse the traditional DAQ VIs, LabVIEW says they are too old and it cannot open them.(my LabVIEW is version 9)
It is not reasonable since I installed traditional DAQ to open the old VIs and now LabVIEW cannot use it!!! I am making a mistake somewhere or it is the way it should be?
I think if someone can do me a favor and convert these libraries to version 9, I can handle the problem. I really appreciate your help.
