Installed the NI-VXI after NI-VISA, now I cannot communicate with my instrument

In an effort to supplement the NI-VISA to communicate with a JDSU device through ethernet (LXI) I installed the NI-VXI driver. Once doing so the little communication I had achieved with the JDSU was lost. Is it possible to revert back to before I had installed NI-VXI?

Have you tried uninstalling NI-VXI driver?
