"I only seem to have the VI Analyzer menu available from the Tools menu on 32 bit versions of LabVIEW. Is this correct?"

Yes, the VI Analyzer Toolkit is only officially supported in 32-bit LabVIEW. There is an unofficial procedure (i.e., not supported by NI) for getting it installed to 64-bit LabVIEW. See here:
