why the NI USRP 2900/2901 is not recognized by the computer through USB 2.0 ?

I have been installed the labview communications design suite then the driver 15.0 .i have also plugged the antenna to the TX1RX1 , connected the USB cable to the port in the computer and finally powered my device with AC DC power.

the device doesn't appear in the configuration utility of NI labview.

anyone have faced this problem before please ??

Hi there,

I have a NI USRP 2900 device here and I don't have any problems getting it recognized on Device Manager on my PC which runs on Win7. With USB 2.0 connection, it might take a couple minutes to show up on PC. The cable comes with the device is a USB 3.0. Did you try a USB 3.0 port on your PC?
