I am using NI-USRP 2900.

Does anyone have an experience with GMSK?

Although I do not have personal experience progamming for GMSK, I believe I may be able to point you in the right direction.  The Modulation Toolkit should contain the functions that you need to perform GMSK using the USRP.  If you have the Modulation Toolkit, take a look at the MT MSK Mod-Demod.vi example in the Modulation Toolkit Examples.  I've attached this example as well.  You can do GMSK by choosing a Gaussian filter type in the MSK functions.
