Underflow: the Tx buffer was emptied before new data was provided

I used matlab script send 25600 zero points to Tx transmit，and have this "Error code -1074118645 niUSRP Write Tx Data (CDB).vi<ERR>Underflow: the Tx buffer was emptied before new data was provided.  Consider reducing the IQ rate, increasing the Write rate, or increasing the number of samples per Write." 

I have reducing my IQ rate to 400kS/s(the loest for my device USRP2940R seems 390kS/s) ,still can't sovle this error , how should I increasing my writing rate or other method to slove this problem. here is my .vi file ,thanks

Ps. another question is how to control it stop when all the 25600 points be transmited  finished
