Hi,
I want to build a 2x1 MIMO communication using 3 USRP.
Given that my laptop only has 1 ethernet interface, I use a switch.
My laptop (@192.168.10.1) is connected to the switch.
One USRP (receiver @192.168.10.4) is connected to the switch.
One of the transmitters (@192.168.10.2) is connected to the switch while the other (@192.168.10.3) is linked to the previous by a MIMO cable.
The only device I can detect is the one which is only connected by the MIMO cable. I tried to detect a single device but it didn't work. But when I plug the ethernet cable linking the two transmitters in my laptop I detect the 2 devices.
What can I do?
Thanks

Hi,
I found a solution for my problem which is probably not the smartest but it works. I switch on all my devices before power the switch. I usually detect 2 or 3 USRP. I detect the last one by using "find device" in NI-USRP Configuratiion Utility. Nevertheless, when I run my VI, it occurs that devices appear and disappear. I just use "find device" and it works again.
