USRP RIO EEPROM characterization deader and data

Dear All,

I have two USRPs, one works well and the other one have some problem - the system cannot properly recognise the USRP. Also the problematic USRP cannot load the FPGA image from flash. In addition, I can not update the FPGA firmware of the problematic USRP.

I tried to use "examine flas.vi" in LLB manager to check the difference. I notice that the EEPROM characterisation data in problematic USRP are not right (shown in the pictures below).

Anyone knows how to save the problematic USRP in this case?
