Tx streaming from TDMS file stored in Harddisk

I have simulated spread-spectrum waveform in MATLAB and saved it as .MAT file. 

How can I convert this .MAT file to TDMS?

How can I read the TDMS file using NI USRP 2952R to transmit my waveform continuously.

Dear Sir,

I am trying to read two-channel (I and Q) data from TDMS file stored in Harddisk and transmit using NI FlexRIO, which will be received at another NI FlexRIO and stored into Harddisk as TDMS file.

I have already made: enable asynchronous as "TRUE" and include TDMS Configure Asynchronous Read and Write function in my model.

But I am still getting the following error message:

Hi Anowar,

By any chance are you writing/reading a waveform? Customers have seen problems using a waveform datatype and the TDMS Advanced Asynchronous functions while the enable asynchronous? option is set to true. Can you post a VI snippet of your code?
