USRP Software Radio

Hello,

I have an Ettus B100 unit that I would like to use in LabVIEW.  All the USRP examples and VI files are looking for a IP address of the radio, but this model hooks up to the USB port, not via ethernet.  Anyone have any experience hooking up this type of hardware?

Hi Jay,

The NI-USRP driver only works with the Ettus N2xx series and is not compatible with the B1xx series.  You will not be able to use this device with NI-USRP and LabVIEW.  If you would like more information about supported devices and daughter cards, this information is in the driver readme file.

   The Ettus B100 spec sheet (attached) lists LabVIEW as a driver, do y'all offer some other LabVIEW driver besides NI-USRP?

Hi Jim,

No, we do not offer another LabVIEW driver besides NI-USRP.  Unfortunately, the documentation in the B100 data sheet is incorrect.  It will corrected to prevent any further confusion.
