hi stiefvap,
I got the exact same problem like you. The first error occurs in the VI for sendig the data stream (in the transmit/receive VI). There is a timestamp error when I put a probe into the VI.
How did you solve this problem?
I would be very thankful for any help on that issue.
Sincerly,
Paul

This is telling you that your input array is empty. That means that there is an error somewhere along the line in your RX. Put your schematic up on your screen. Then look in the upper left hand corner of your screen, next to the pause button there is a light bulb. Press it and the one to the right of it. This will show you the size of your arrays at each wiring point along the scheme. It will also show you where errors occur. Now run the program and watch what happens. You will notice that the arrays change sizes inbetween the VI's representing the attributes of the signal. This should help you find out where your issues are.
Good luck!
