2952 USRP: Power Amplifier

Hi, I have a NI USRP-2952R. I need information about internal specifications like the power amplifier. I will send signals with a high PAPR and want to know what en when distortions will happen. Thanks,

Unfortunatly NI don't give out specifications which aren't already in the public domain.

The RF board in the NI USRP-2952R is an Ettus Research SBX.  They have publicly released the schematics for that board on their website:

http://files.ettus.com/schematics/sbx/SBX.pdf

You should be able to get the part numbers for all the components from that document.
