For the Ctrl-Enter, it actually depends on a setting in the options (something like "End text entry on Enter").  So on my setup, the Ctrl+Enter actually inserts an End Of Line.

1 E (I honestly did not know this one.  I just use the broken run arrow.  Luckily I knew the others so I got it by process of elimination)

2 C

3 A (Diagram Cleanup)

4 B (use this one about 10 times a minute sometimes)

5 D (useful for seeing how your GUI will look when ran without actually running the VI)

I didn't know 1, I use the broken arrow like Crossrulz.  Also never used 5.

Here's a few other keyboard shortcuts for use in the quick drop menu, courtesy of my NI Days mousepad from a couple years ago.mousepad.jpg

Hi mohamedtanveej17.  The last one allows you to switch between run mode and edit mode.  Switch to run mode when you want to see what your UI will look like at run time.   End Text entry allows you to end text entry, for example if you are commenting on your block diagram or adding text to a String Control you can use this shortcut when you are finished.  You can also use the mouse and click outside the bounds of the item you are editing, I guess it is down to personnal preference.
