Answer: B. Nice one all.

I am not sure I subscribe to LabVIEW being lazy as ARL000000000000 suggests but I do like to think of FOR Loops as being lazy (they will always do the fewest number of iterations specified) and WHILE Loops as being dumb (they will keep happily iterating away until someone tells them to stop)
