You are correct. Just go to
http://sine.ni.com/apps/we/niid_web_display.download_page?p_id_guid=E3B19B3E91CB659CE034080020E74861
and download the driver again. When you go to install the folder, just
place it in the LabVIEW 8 directory instead of the LabVIEW 7 directory.
You should then be able to access the functions to speak with the 7002
main frame with no problems.
