We really should have the readme's available on our website, but since we don't, I've reproduced them below:
NISE 3.6 supported ADEs:
LabVIEW 2009 SP1 (32-bit), 2010 SP1 (32-bit), 2011 SP1 (32-bit), or 2012 (32-bit)
LabWindows™/CVI™ 8.1.1 or later
Microsoft Visual C++ (MSVC) 6.0 or later
Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0
NI TestStand 3.5 or later
NISE 3.5 supported ADEs:
LabVIEW 8.5.1, 8.6.1, 2009 SP1 (32-bit), or 2010 (32-bit)
LabWindows™/CVI™ 8.1.1 or later
Microsoft Visual C++ (MSVC) 6.0 or later
Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0
NI TestStand 3.5 or later
NISE 3.0 is the latest version you can use with LabVIEW 8.2.1 and/or TestStand 3.5. Sorry I don't have more details for NISE 3.0 and previous.
