3 amps carry current

Hi... I am looking for a 3U PXI based Form A relay module with the following specs:

Switching Power : 50 Watts max
Switching Current : 2.0 A max
Carry Current : 3.0 A max
Breakdown Voltage : 500V rms
Path resistance : <= 2 ohms
Thermal Offset < 75 micro amps

I would like to squeeze in as many Relays as possible in one card as I require 400 such relays.
Pls let me know if there is any hardware that matches this requirement....

Good afternoon 9845567540,

Thanks for contacting National Instruments with your issue, we'll try our best to resolve it for you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You didn't mention which topology you require for your relay system, so I assume you want just a general purpose (non MUX non Matrix) relay.

Assuming you want to go with the PXI form factor I would take a look at the PXI-2566 if you want SPDT or PXI-2564 if you want SPST:

The current handling should not be an issue, but the breakdown voltage of 500 VRms might be of concern.  We don't specify a breakdown voltage (depending on your interpretation of the term) but none of our general purpose devices are spec'd to switch more than 300 V.
