zoom in playback

I want to export small sections of my filtered data to a text file using the save to ASCII/LVM step. 

When selecting the start and stop timepoints for creating a text file in signal express I can't zoom in on selected areas. When I use the zoom function the active log trace just dissapears. 

Could anyone help me with this?

I'm not sure I understand what you're describing - could you post a before/after screenshot of what you're looking at when you use the zoom function?

Sorry for the ambiguity. I actually fixed the problem by changing the time format to 'absolute' rather than 'reletive to log start time'.
