We have 2015 ..
Is this still the way it works?
SignalExpress is starting in the language defined by the regional setting?
Although all my software - including windows - is running in english, I need my regional settings to be set on sg (swiss german).
This is mandatory, since this is used by a lot of software for formatting of date, time, currency, etc. Also the timezone and daytime savings depend on that, etc.
There must me a different solution!
Thanx in advance!

Did anybody find out, which registry setting SE is reading for the decision?

Now I created two reg files on my desktop:
File 1: _reg_SetLocaleName_en-US.reg
----
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International]
"LocaleName"="en-US"
---
File 2: the analog file that sets the LocaleName to the original LocalName of my machine.
Doubleclick File 1, start the required NI Program (eg SE). When the program has started in english, I doubleclick the reg file 2 and the locals settings are as original 🙂
Works perfect 4me.
