Using Sweep loops with NI-DCpower

Hello,

I'm looking to apply a series of square wave current pulses of varying length using a PXI-based SMU (PXIe-4140). What I'd like to do is have a loop that (a) sweeps through a series of pulse lengths, and (b) records a voltage on a separate instrument (DMM) during this time.

However, the NI-DCPower module doesn't allow me to set a pulse duration length. Is there a another way to do this? Can I do something through the IVI interface?

EDIT: To clarify, I see that I can set a delay time either before or after applying the current in the NI-DCpower interface. However, this doesn't show up as a "sweepable parameter," therefore I can't iterate on it.
