Hello, I noticed this morning that SignalExpress no longer allows me to view
the entire data log (the 'Track' option is no longer available in the preview
sub-menu of a Data Display). Also, I can no longer export a signal log older
than the current data buffer. This is true for older files that I could once read
completely.
I suspected this was a product activation issue.
This morning I re-activated SignalExpress and LabView using the 20-digit
activation code (the computer with NI Software installed does not have an
internet connection). I rebooted the computer and found that the problem still
persists. The NI License manager shows both SignalExpress Full Edition and
LabView Development System are both activated. Also, I have made no changes
to the current options menu.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

By default, SignalExpress logs data as tdms file in C:\Users\[user]\Documents\SignalExpress Data. You should check there first.

Thank you KateB for the reply. I received a response from NI support informing me that the 'Track' feature was removed from current versions of SignalExpress. This is disheartening, as I need to be able to relate step changes I am making in my experiment to the recording time (relative to the start of the run). Currently, the data view, as well as the preview pane, only shows a time stamp from 0 to the current buffer size and does not update.
The previous ability to export all signal log data from the Monitor/Record window also appears to have gone away. However, this can be done from the Playback mode. I prefer exporting this way at the moment. (I'll probably look into the MATLAB plug-in for tdms files eventually.)

The problem has been resolved. One must load a recorded signal into data view from the Signal Log for the Track option to become available.
